The Measurement Shop is fully committed to sustainability and continually take measures to reduce the overall carbon footprint our products and packaging have on the environment. Some of the sustainability steps we have listed below apply to circumstances where we have control over the packaging of products; however, we also endeavour to use supplies who are environmentally-conscious.
Product packaging and materials
We always aim to recycle, reduce and reuse packing materials wherever we can, and are greatly reducing polystyrene product packaging. We often use egg-carton or pulp packaging that is formed from recycled paper, cardboard and natural organic fibres; it is our intention to continue using these materials where possible.
Recycling
Wherever possible we recycle waste materials and equipment, such as cardboard packaging, toner cartridges and IT equipment.
