SD-M Sauter Spring Tester

The Sauter SD mechanical lever operated spring testers are designed specifically to test the strength of springs and to calculate the spring rate through tension and compression tests. No additional force gauges are required as the force measurement is internal, each stand is fitted with a height gauge to measure the movement of the spring.

A digital length measuring unit allows for manual zero adjustment, 0.01mm readout and the ability to manually set the pre-length.

This spring testing device allows the user to input upper and lower value limits, whilst a visual and acoustic signal supports the measuring operation. SD spring testers offer selectable measuring units for working in kg, lbs and Newtons, alongside a peak hold feature allows the user to capture and record peaks in measurement.

This model comes with an integrated thermal printer with 10 memories to print out the results or to calculate average values.
