Sauter's HK-D leeb hardness meter is a top of the range device constructed from robust metal housing that has a Type D external impact sensor for measuring all metal samples (> 3kg, thickness > 8mm). In comparison with stationary table-top devices and testing devices with an internal sensor, using the Sauter HK-D. offers the highest level of mobility and flexibility. All measurement directions possible (360°) thanks to an automatic compensation function.
The HK-D has internal memory for up to 600 data groups, with up to 32 values per group forming the average value of the group. A mini statistics function displays the measured result, the average value, the impact direction, date and time.
Internal memory for up to 600 data groups, with up to 32 values per group forming the average value of the group. Measuring results are automatically converted into all specified hardness units.
Backlit multi-function matrix display for all relevant functions at a glance. A visual and acoustic signal supports the measuring operation and the user can input upper/lower limit values.
Measurement value display: Rockwell (Type A, B, C), Vickers (HV), Shore (HS), Leeb (HL), Brinell (HB).
The device is delivered in a hard carrying case with USB interface included. However, a standard block for calibration is included - Select HK-D8.
